Majority of events listed here are the Forbush-effects, i.e.

CME and coronal hole effects on background cosmic rays or

manifestations of propagating solar wind disturbances in cosmic rays.

It is better to speak about disturbances in cosmic rays (storms, events etc) untill the complete analysis will be done.

This is very preliminary list obtained from the Moscow CR station data only. Data from the whole neutron monitor network are necessary for more deep studies [A.V.Belov, E.A. Eroshenko, V.G.Yanke. Modulation effects in 1991-1992 years, Proc. 25th ICRC (Durban), 1, 437, 1997].

Table description:

Dates are yyyy.mm.dd.

Following abreviations used in the Onset column correspond to different data sources:

SC - Sudden geomagnetic Storm Commencement
SS - Shock arrival derived by the PM/MTOF group from SOHO observations
AS - Shock arrival derived by the IPS group from ACE observations
SW - Shock arrival derived by the WIND group from WIND observations
MC - Magnetic Cloud passage determined by WIND/MFI group
AM - Interplanetary Magnetic Field ( ACE/MAG )
AP - Solar Wind velocity, density and temperature( ACE/SWEPAM data)
WP - Solar Wind velocity, density and temperature( WIND/SWE data )
SP - Solar Wind velocity, density and temperature(SOHO/PM/MTOF data)
CR - data of cosmic ray variations

Onset times for events without shocks are chosen very arbitrarily.

Magnitude of the effect (column Magn.) is evaluated from Moscow neutron monitor data.

Magnetic cloud periods are determined by WIND/MFI group.
